Munte curat, cu relief care se impune de la primii pași — stânci, pante, orizont tăiat de creste. Locul nu face concesii: îl trăiești pe picioare sau nu-l trăiești deloc.

Convivium Transilvania. In the heart of Transylvania and close to unique Unesco World Heritage Sites, our newly renovated and comfortable Saxon property dating from the 18 century offers the ideal experience of witnessing the historical and cultural heritage of Transylvania, its authentic life style along with local culinary tradition. Activities and Experiences. During your stay you can enjoy: visits of the Saxon villages, the famous fortified churches and medieval citadels of Transylvania; hiking and foraging in the surrounding wilderness; hands on cooking classes of traditional popular dishes made from fresh natural or organic products; visits to the local market or the sheepfold; buying products from local farmers and demonstrations of ancient food processing like the making of cheese or bread. Location and Environment. Close to the Unesco World Heritage site Viscri, in the Saxon village Crit, (German: Deutsch-Kreuz), our newly renovated and comfortable old Saxon property originally built and owned by the Hellwig family and dating from the 18 century, offers the opportunity to visit the historical heritage of Transylvania and to discover the traditional and natural food of the region. There are thousands of hectares of protected grasslands and woodlands in the area of Crit, Viscri and Mesendorf, free of poisonous pesticides and mechanised, globalised, intensive farming – where sheep, goats and cattle roam. Ancient woodlands alive with brown bear and wolves. A natural environment free of the pressures of urban living – a place to breathe freely. There are an abundance of hiking, riding and biking trails for you to explore and discover. Culinary and Cultural Adventures.
