Winmarkt is a national network of shopping centers, with a portfolio consisting of 7 such units and an office building in Ploiești. All properties are strategically located in central areas of the cities. Winmarkt shopping centers were built in the heart of cities to become the main shopping destination and the preferred meeting place for residents. That is why, in each city, regardless of the competition, Winmarkt is an integral part of everyday life. The Winmarkt shopping center network was acquired in March 2008 by IGD, an Italian company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. In addition to its Romanian properties, IGD’s portfolio includes 22 shopping galleries and 18 hypermarkets, all located in Italy, with a total value of €2.3 billion.

Winmarkt este o rețea națională de centre comerciale, formată din 7 unități și un birou în Ploiești, toate situate în zone centrale ale orașelor. Centrele sunt construite în zone centrale pentru a fi destinații principale de cumpărături și puncte de întâlnire preferate. Rețeaua a fost achiziționată în 2008 de IGD, companie italiană, și include în portofoliu 22 galerii comerciale și 18 hypermarketuri în Italia, cu o valoare totală de 2,3 miliarde de euro.
