Valea Verde Restaurant by chef Jonas Schaefer is the on-site restaurant of Valea Verde Retreat Transylvania, a charming resort located in the heart of Transylvanian countryside. As much as we are trying to provide a more sophisticated dining experience, our food is accessible to everybody. We don’t try to provoke our guests too much, our focus is on flavor and making local, seasonal ingredients as tasty as we can. We are proud to be part of Gault Millau Romania and Chaîne de Rôtisseurs.
